Lets Play A Game: Last Of The Convertibles

For search ability: CM27U0C181412 (the tag and the build sheet were both posted in August 2019 by owner @marko; C VON Canadian-bound car, still in Canada; scheduled build date Dec. 18, 1969)

CE27L0C249313 '70 Newport convertible 383-2bbl is currently forsale on facebook market. Owner was kind enough to send me a picture of the fender tag. Fairly late 608 SPD. Even sent me a video of the car running. Hopefully it gets saved..

Thank you for posting about CM27T0C176254. Her scheduled build date of Dec. 5, 1969 is just one day after Poppy’s, my red Polara ‘vert.

Now we wait for her sister’s tag; meanwhile, I have decoded the tag here :)

I’m going to try and get to the garage soon to get the tag for my other 300

@T-revorNobody gets credit for finding the fender tag in the FB sales ad for PM27L0D129898

This ER6 red 1970 Plymouth Fury iii convertible has the same Sept. 20, 1969 SPD as PM27T0D129913 (a rare FF4 T-code 'vert that was listed for sale in NOv. 2019). Good looking car that looks like it has been well taken care of, even though it would look better with different wheels IMHO.

CM27T0C201238 is currently for sale in MA. Her tag was posted here (copying it below for simplicity).

That 300 ´vert was originally ER6 Red but is now burgundy. Her SBD was March 2. Very few options but some good ones -- power windows and brakes, console.

Thank you for posting about PM27G0D242561. Nicely equipped, great EV2 color -- and yet "just" a 318 on this April 22, 1970 SBD Fury iii.

Actually, that car has been repainted. Here is a 1970 Chrysler 300 in its original EV2 color that I used to own and is now in Finland:

I should have been clearer: the tag of PM27G0D242561 says EV2 (great color), even though it looks like it has been repainted.

Thank you for contributing the tag of CM27T0C210530 -- a loaded 300 'vert with March 20, 1970 SBD.

Not that it matters but here is a photo of the convertible.........................

@Dimitri Romanenko just acquired a Plymouth 'vert and posted its tag, build sheet, and window sticker here. PM27N0D105754 is an early-build, with a SBD of 8-14-1969.

This FK3 ragtop with black bench and white top is one of only three 383-4 1970 Fury convertibles of which I know. One, as @70 Sport Suburban reminded me, is PM27N0D233592 that @Jeff sold back in 2018. The other ( PM27N0D108414 ) has been for sale in Oregon for some time.

So back around 2004 I picked up a 70 Fury lll convertible for part's. The floors were gone i fell through the rear floor!! Trunk pan nothing left quarters were rotted front driver torsion bar was broken out of the stub. But had a running 383 picked it up for 700 buck's. Red with black bench seat black top power windows and AC. The only thing I have left is the title.

Thank you @70 Sport Suburban for telling us about the fate of PM27L0D214590 — she passed in Wisconsin, thus not far from where she was born.

While we are at it, here is another L-code 1970 Fury iii convertible whose tag I have found. PM27L0D282543 sold for $12.2k in May of 2017 on BaT, where the car's story and lots of pictures are posted. It was originally FT3 paint, M6XA black buckets and black vinyl top -- three photos of the car as it looked 15 years ago, in 2006, are below.

It was resto-modded and repainted purple with a white interior, and the engine was changed to a 440 to make it a GT 'vert "what-if?" Here are photos before and after, with the tag for records as the photos in the original thread have mostly disappeared. @c-barge -- this is the most recent Fury 'vert that I can remember, build date is June 10 1970.
