well, if that's the case I apologize, but i just assumed it was mocking of one of my many questions in order to learn more....
 
So, this guy is trying to get someone to meet him at a body shop with 30,000 in cash for a car he can't prove exists? Sounds promising.
 
This seems to be a scam. Meet me in a dark ally with your life savings and I'll give you the deal of the century. Guess he doesn't realize FL is a "Stand your ground" state.
 
that vin is incorrect configuration, has an extra digit in it plus the 8 and N are transversed.

Based on that discription he probably got keyed for double parking in a handicapped space.

I actually saw this I occur the other day and the man was not handicapped or have any handicapped card. It occurred in a small town and let the local cop know on my way out of town. He could see it from his patrol car. Pretty certain he got a ticket. One thing I have no tolerance for, lazy SOB.

Having a wife in a wheelchair we run into this problem all the time. Usual response was "I was only gonna be a minute" pisses me off. We have a "Go eff yourself" in a nice way pad of paper we rip a page off and put it on their window

Doba. My wife haz an Amigo(brand name battery powered 3 wheeler) to get her around when we travel with our handicapped Dodge Maxivan so tagged with the Wheelchair plate. Last time Somebody parked in the only handicapped parking spot at a restaurant we chose to break bread at ah while back that showed no signs of parking there legally with the full size wheelchair sign on ah post in the ground rite in front of them, I wrote a note on an 8X11 sheet of paper and redesigned the driverz side whipper arm AND blade so he couldn't miss it being there when he climbed into that rice burning POS telling him he got off easy this time. 'cuz next time I see him in that spot I'll ram him so hard he'd jump the curb and be in the Cape Fear river floating toward the Atlantic. BUT I SAID IT WITH AH SMILE ON MY FACE lol, Jer
 
I'm not handicapped nor is my wife (counting blessings) but this is something that really gets me worked up too when I see someone park in the handicapped spot without the plate or placard in the windshield. Only thing I can figure is that they are "Mentally" handicapped.
 
Just the fact that he thinks he can get thirty grand for a '78 Magnum says he's not playing with a full deck.
