What did you do to your C-body today....

This stuff.
-First I hose the track assembly off in my laundry tub and let dry
-Then soaked the tracks and old hardened grease with the 505. I let it set overnight and sprayed it down again. Brush off any grease you can get to and hose off.
-When dry I greased all the moving pieces with the GDL Garage Door lube. My garage door guy gave me this but I believe both items are available at H.D. and Lowes. I like this spray lube cause it’s dry, doesn’t collect dirt and isn’t affected by cold temps.

Sunday and nice weather, so I took the Chrysler out for the first ride this year.

After two attempts to start he runs and drives like he should. Smooth and fast :steering:

Well, I finally removed the HP manifolds (NOT for sale) and installed the TTI headers I've had since late 2018! I did all of this one 6ton jackstands, in a parking lot with hand tools. Following the TTI instructions, the most difficult part was replacing the transmission lines which the previous owner had mangled.

Excuse the dust, it sits in a gravel yard while I'm on the road. The headers fit nicely with the my TTI 3" WAR exhaust ( labeled Wrong And Ridiculous by a fellow fcbo member) it felt great FINALLY getting these parts installed, it's gonna be a great summer.

Good, now your rear for the fourth annual C body meeting at Randall Oaks Park!

I love my tti headers and 3" exhaust. They aren't ridiculous, they sound awesome!

Got the gas tank back in and full of fuel, she's mobile again - first time since last May......... Purrs like a kitten yet, now to chase the number one spark plug fouling issue.

Frozen ground is like concrete anyway. Just colder.

Picked up radiator (flushed & pressure tested good.). Ckecked on motor. Nothing done yet, but lots of boxes with parts sitting by it. Say they will start next week. Dropped off trans for rebuild. Its going to be a spendy month.

Took Ms. Ruby across town for a cruise/show. She ran great and we popped the top when we got there, and drove her home that way.

In another hour or so, we'll take our surviving dog out for a ride and a treat :D
