    Southern Stub Frame Worth?

I’m looking at a southern rust free stub frame for my ‘66. I am looking to see what those units are worth generally? I found one in my area, and I don’t want to get ripped off. Thanks in advance.

BBM Aluminum Water Pump Housing Issue

What do y'all make of this??? Not a trick. Correct thermostat, used to fit normally. Fits perfectly on cast iron housing. Anybody else see this happen to an aluminum housing from Mancini Racing??

    Mark VIII Fan

I've been thinking of ditching my 7 blade fixed fan for the fan mentioned in the title. I have replaced the under hood wiring harness and completed an ammeter bypass already, as well as replaced the battery cables with 1 ga units, and I'm running a 60 amp alternator. Will that be enough...

    1978 9.25 interchange

Found a 9.25 axle from a 1978 New Yorker, just wondering if it will interchange with my '66 Polara?

    Firecore Mechanical Advance Distributor Setup

So I received the above mentioned unit in decent condition a while back when trading for parts for my 440. Unbeknownst to me, it was a mechanical unit, not a vacuum advance unit. It's also set up to run with an MSD box as opposed to the Mopar ECU. At this point, I'm trying to decide if it's...

    Big Block Oil Pan Baffles

Hey All, Does anyone have, or know where one can find a template for making an oil pan baffle for a stock 699 or similar pan? I'm sure I can make my own from scratch, but I would rather use a template for expediency.

    Never seen this before....anybody else?

So I'm tearing down an RV 440, 1973 block, 213 heads. I noticed the intake springs are single spring units, but the exhausts are dual springs. Any ideas as to why this was done? Was this a normal thing Chrysler did? I've never seen this before.

1966 Polara 880: The Build So Far, or "Bring Money".

So, back in January, I purchased this '66 Polara for a modest sum. Being a GM guy, this was my first classic Mopar. I have never paid much attention to these mid '60s full size Mopars, but now I'm fond of them. Allow me to also take this time to acknowledge my lack of knowledge of these...

    346 vs 516 heads on 72 400

So here's the drill: I need to rebuild the 346 heads on the 400 in my Polara, and I have access to a set of 516 heads I can put on the engine as well. I have also added a Performer RPM intake, Holley 600 cfm carb, and a comp 262 lift cam recently. I understand the 516s are closed chamber and I...

    1966 Polara Radiator fitment

Hey all, my Polara has a 22" rad from a '68 c body, meant for a 318. It needs to be replaced. It looks like most replacements available to me are 26". Will these also fit or will there be modifications needed? The reason I ask is because the opening in the rad support is only approx. 22".

    New Wiring Harness Options

So I had what appeared to be the dreaded ammeter short out/ melt/ fire to my engine harness and bulkhead. What is the best way to go for replacing those bulkheads/ harnesses? I noticed Painless has a kit, but not sure of the best way to go, factory repops or a more modern designed kit?

    The Shoes Make The Man...

Just finished installing new tires & wheels. Found the perfect look (to me) that I was looking for. I'll let you all be the judge. BEFORE: AFTER: I went with 235/60/15s on 15x7 wheels up front and 275/60/15s on 15x8 wheels out back. They give the car a slight rake, which I like. Cooper...

    '69-'72 Spindles or '73 Spindles?

So a while back I picked up a bunch of disc brake components for a good price. I got pretty much everything needed, minus the proper booster. I was able to snag spindles, calipers, brackets, 2 brand new rotors, 2 sets of new NOS pads (which I won't be using unfortunately due to them...

Hey I'm looking for a pair of 15x8 Mopar steelies with a 4.5" backspace. If anyone has a pair they want to part with, let me know.

    Busted motor mount

I noticed today while I was doing a tune up on the Polara, the engine mount on the driver's side is busted. Engine is a 400, but I'm guessing there's no difference between it and the 383 externally. Can anyone recommend a good mount to use?

    Vintage Tachometer Repair

I have an old Radatron tach that is pretty period correct that has been sitting around for years. Does anyone know of any tachometer repair shops in Canada capable of converting it to run with an electronic ignition and without a tach box?

    66 Fury Booster....or is it?

Hey all, I picked up a bunch of disc brake parts for my '66, among them is what I hope is the correct disc brake Bendix booster. The gentleman I purchased it from says it was from a '66 Fury, and the price was right so I took a chance. I understand it needs to be rebuilt. What do you all...
