I think the quarter windows have some type of patterned stick-on film on them. Perhaps to tie-in with the upholstery?

Step 1 for this car - drive it around the block and experience how poorly it probably rides, then get it back to correct ride height and drive it again.
Step 2 - paint the wheels black and put bottlecaps on.
Step 3 - that's the start of the lingering questions of what to do next...
