    What parts are interchangeable on these two motor,, ie. starters ,, intakes,, exhaust manifold etc. basically anything that will swap Thanks in advance Catfish 65 (Dave)

    Pretty much everything except pistons. different bore size is all.

    Not sure why he's asking, and many, actually most of the engine parts and accessories are totally interchangeable. But one important thing to know is that these days, 361, 413 and 426 wedge are considered OBSOLETE engines. There are not that many that remain and the need for engine specific parts has had the bottom dropped out. Not many folks left rebuilding what they have. So, pistons for those motors are tough to find. Desireable pistons would be custom jobs for sure. Hughes Engines still lists Egge cast pistons if you need them, last I knew anyway. 383 is still pretty easy to find pistons for. HTH, Lefty71
