65` radiator

Hi All, I just bought a 65` 2524989 " C " body radiator 413 426 hemi radiator for my 62` plymouth project but noticed that the sides are smooth so there is no way to attach the metal schroud , did I miss something? ops::sSig_thanks:

Yes, Way different . The sides are smooth and the back side has 4 small holes I assume for a shroud. I will try to take pics Thanks...

Better recheck the numbers on yours. That pic above is of a 2524989

The absolute easiest way for a first timer:
Go to www.TinyPic.com
For "UPLOAD" click on "Choose File"
Go to the folder in your computer or camera that has the picture(s).
Click on the file name of the picture you want.
Click on "UPLOAD"
When upload is complete, "grab your code" by copy and pasting "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" into your post.
Voila..

2524989 is the part number for the TOP TANK, not the entire flippin' radiator !

I've got a good used 26" Radiator from a 67 Nyer with 440 and AC. I also got a clean rust free Radiator support if interested too.

The tank was reused on a different core body.

I believe you have to find just the side brackets for a 22" radiator, shroud type. 66 or older. My 66' Polara has that type of shroud.
