cant close front window when rear window up on 2 door

Hi all:
i cant close the window all the way when rear window is up on 2 67 newport custom . Window works fine when rear window is down a little.
could this be because the door may need to be moved forward a little?

If the door is adjusted properly then you may have to do some adjustments to the windows. The factory service manual should tell you how.

Doors don't "move forward", BUT the hinge pin bushings DO wear and that can cause the rear of the door to droop a little, which should also make it harder to shut. Windows up or down.
