Chrysler Cool Aire unit.

Hi, I’m going through c body parts and came across a Chrysler Cool aire unit.
I believe I pulled it from a 68 300 many years ago when I parted a basket case of its full AC system to possibly use it one day.

Can anyone confirm it would have came from that vehicle.
Also I’m going through this stuff to sell stuff I won’t use.
Value, years, any info would be appreciated.

It,s a dealer installed option so it could fit more models i guess....not only for a 66 or 68 chrysler 300.

I concur, but seems like the A-body factory a/c was under-dash also? With a cycling compressor. Removing the cycling switch and installing an EPR valve in the rh a/c line to the RV-2 compressor made it an under-dash non-cycling system.
