Exhaust Hangers: '69 Fury III

Does anyone reproduce exhaust hangers like the one pictured? On does someone 'restrap' the old hangers? tks for any advice.

I restrapped one of these last week. All you need to do is drill out the very large rivets and use the rubber pieces from a typical exhaust hanger kit you can buy at Pep Boys that has one of the long rubber straps in it. You will have to buy two of those kits if they are like the ones I got - about $4 each. Then cut the new rubber strap as originally on your old one and fold into a circle like the old ones and reattach them with a small bolt with lockwasher and nut in place of the rivet. Then everything will hang as before and no one will ever know it doesn't have a rivet instead of the new arrangement. Or maybe a local muffler shop can help out. Good luck.

It says "right side" but they are for both sides.

And you still have to bend up a small bracket to attach the hanger to the frame.
