70 TIRES: Unknown tire code
MODEL YEAR: 1968
BUILD DATE: March 29.
AXLE: 3.23 Rear Axle Ratio, Sure Grip
INTERIOR: Premium Trim Grade
PAINT: Bright Blue Metallic (Dodge), Electric Blue Metallic (Plymouth).
OTHER: Bright Blue Metallic (Dodge) Upper Door Frame Color

Nothing about exterior trim
I get different info from different places...

I think you've decoded the whole tag, there are no options on it. I agree with Dave, lets see the pieces.

Not much help either but based on my fender tag P6 = Bucket seats, 62 = 383 hp 4bbl, DP = Dodge premium trim, 329 is March 29th build date.

matt says no options, Fred says it's pretty blinged inside.

It has no upper case, no lower case or no 1 to 10 codes at all, buckets is all its got aside from a primo driveline.
