Last week the sport fury got the technical inspection for roadworthiness.......
I bought it 7-8 years ago from Michael ( from Portland )
It was sold new in california and Michael and his dad bought it from the first owner.....i,m the third. I wasn,t in a hurry because i allways had a mopar with plates so it could wait........
Today i got the plates so i made a testdrive...30-40 miles .
I also replaced the seat ........more legroom....:).
It,s an orig black on black/copper car.
Orig 383 is gone , now a 69 roadrunner engine .
It still has the orig push button trans.

Nice. Reminds me of a clone my buddy in Bakersfield built. When you said "Mike" I was very curios, as that is his name.

Good eye..........yes i was lucky , in the Netherlands you can,t choose so it,s always waiting what you get..........

Do you get to choose colours too? Black and white plates are the best! They look great no matter what colour your car is.

Congratulations on your maiden voyage. The car looks amazing!

In 1979 we got other plates .
We chanced from dark blue / white letters to yellow /black letters.
So if you going to the technical inspection for roadworthiness you can ask for the blue/white plates because it looked period correct .
You also can ask for smaller plates like i did because the room in the bumper

I see now that they are very dark blue. Very nice, also nice that you could opt for the smaller plate!
