Hopefully I’ll bomb this thread with Yorker pics later. But just to review, what I had planned on doing today was to clean up and go over my latest purchase. (Which is a ‘72 Polara that can be seen on another thread here somewhere)
Instead, I opted to buy a New Yorker that’s sunk up in the mud and more than likely has no keys. Last night, to celebrate my good fortune I stayed up till the deepest hours of darkness drinking excessive amounts of cheap bourbon and eating fried chicken.
I only wish it were summertime so that the mice, snakes, fire ants and hornets could join in on the fun.

Dont fret, that will look 1000 times better with a pressure wash and a detail. You've given it a second chance at life, for that you deserve some respect.

Gonna try getting down to your place before noon so we've got time to go over your fine selection of classic automobiles...doing so while eating fried yardbird would be a hoot
