What's with these ads on this site... are they kidding? My rent only went up when Obama was prez; expect me to fall for that again? LOL

Couldn't believe all the people in the parking lot that had suggestions of who I should vote for.

The loser turns around and starts walking off saying white something.... I couldn't hear the rest of it. My hearing loss from 20 years of tank & artillery fire.

You would think with Southwest Asia Service license plates and U.S. Army Retired banner on my Ram would indicate I wasn't going to vote for any Liberal!

I cast my opinion this morning. 9 a.m. in and out in 10 minutes, just me and a bunch of old farts, some who couldn't hear. :poke: I got the impression that my guns are safe for another cycle.

I had some idiot media/pollster call me yesterday, asked me what I thought about a potential "blue wave", I said you mean that blue stuff my wife puts in the toilet so it does not stink? (caller ID was SSI Media)

He hung up on me.

I think while the possibility of outright gun confiscation will always be with us as long as there are far left politicians on the planet, a more like scenario would be the strict control of ammunition. The OBummer administration did a trial run on this by trying to corner the market on ammo with very large government government purchases that were far in excess of any legitimate need. I remember reading someplace that just the FBI was allocated something like 20K of "training" rounds per agent. They would not shoot that much ever.

A number of far left legislators, so far without success have suggested a "user tax" of several dollars per round. These are untested water in terms of the constitution.

Here in Michigan we have a bunch of young women running for various offices. Every TV ad omits using the word "Democrat" anywhere in the ad. Though it's pretty obvious what they are when they talk about raising my taxes.

I remember reading stories about this but when I googled "FBI ammo surplus buying"; I got nothing relevant. I think they scrubbed it. But I remember it happening, I couldn't find common stuff like 9mm, and now that's it's over we're left paying double.

I'm getting a bunch of garbage in my mailbox. Same thing....people running for office and if they are Democrats.....no mention of party affiliation.
 
I just remembered.....

A few days ago I was leaving my house and I saw 2 black ladies a couple of doors down with a clipboard and a bag of flyers. I live in a private community, one road in and same road out, 114 houses in total. We have giant "NO SOLICITATION" signs on both sides of the road entering our community. That doesn't slow anybody down. They must of had a list of names and addresses with party affiliation. So they skipped past my house since they were heading down the street. I said hello to them as I entered my Ram. They must of doubled back and put one of their no party ID'ed Liberal voter flyers on the house door handle while I was gone.

The HOA said the only way to stop it was to put up a gate and hire guards. I would be happy to pay the additional cost to keep the intruders out. We have 114 houses in the community and my doorbell will be rung well over 1,000 times for Halloween. LOL.

Two years of (R)epublican control and not one bill to repeal any gun control. Not one. When they introduce legislation to repeal the GCA of '68 I'll start to believe they're serious about restoring rights. If they introduce a repeal of the '34 NFA, I'll flat out believe them.

Until then they're pandering and just slowing the erosion enough to keep themselves in office.

And when you do try to get trespassing charges filed against them you become the problem. You're called a Ra.....
