Summer is close, ... she is waking up



Many things have been done since the last update. Let's put a couple of photos, more details later on.

The last picture looks familiar. Rust beginning in the holes around the roof trim. But it looks like the back seat is still in the car. We removed mine to get to the side panels for removal. Did you attach a visegrip to the window crank to get to the nuts on the roof trim.
 
I like your car with the skirts but do what makes yourself happy. My car is also a sunroof car.

Woohooo! Anotherwith cloth seats like mine. You know, I really love the look and feel of the leather seats on our New Yorker's but there is something ro be said for the plush look and feel of the cloth velour interior. Love that red...beautiful!
 
Back to business!
Couple months has been so busy, that I have not been able to give you an update.

First thing that we decided to solve is the rust around roof trim.

You really must replace those RWL tires with whitewalls. It’s a New Yorker, for goodness sake!

We checked If there was any problem inside. There was not a big problem.

But there was interesting thing...we checked out, how the rear side windows work.



However we had New seals, so we replaced them.

You're right, I think whitewalls belongs to this car. We just tried RWL tires.
 
Thanks for posting this.. my car has the same issue with my car. I haven’t dug into it yet, but!! Very interesting about the opera window. Keep the details coming PLZ...

Little update.
We did A Roadtrip to Estonia, American Beauty Car Show 2018.

Saturday morning in the harbour of Helsinki.

Then a 65 ml drive From Tallinn to Haapsalu.
We met @OldWarHorse300 in Haapsalu, it Was A pleasure to meet.

And we left Haapsalu in Saturday evening and headed to Parnu.

In Monday we lefted Parnu and headed back to Tallinn for a ship.
