Louvers for rear window - 71 Newport

Hi,

Anyone know of any louvers that would nicely fit the rear window (oval type) of a 71 Newport?

I dont want to tint the windows. But say when during the day u drive from south to north, the sun is directly behind the car, and heats up the rear part of the car significantly. Louvers would eliminate this problem.

Any info appreciated

Exactly. I'll write to them to see if they can make ones for my Newport. Rather black in color

Automotive Venetian Blinds. See if they have one with a motor in it.

Black? That black will absorb the sun's radiant heat and radiate it into the interior you are seeking to keep cool.

Window tint comes in lighter shades than "Limo", so a lighter version could help the heat intrusion and also not be too hard to see out of at night.

Now, IF you had a '55 Windsor Newport, those blinds would be right at home. But in a Fuselage car?
