That screwed up Monaco was recently bought by a friend of mine and will be put back to stock, and I am sure you will never know this guy lowered it and put a shaker hood on it. At least the interior was never messed with and is flawless. I helped supply the parts needed to get it back to stock.

I liked that Shaker hood idea and low stance, but why that tractor look. I dont mind big wheels with rubber band tires... but i hate putting 1"-4" bigger wheels in rear.
And that RH headlight....
