Love his comments...so true of buyers today. I have this problem with my craigslist ads. I specifically state what is available...AND NOTHING ELSE!!! And I constantly get..."Hey I'll take the "insert part(s) that is not for sale" off your hands"....like they are doing me a favor!!

On the other side, I often don't understand sellers... I contacted a lot of sellers last year with interests in buying their cars. I just asked for more information, sometimes asked for a few additional pictures if there were not enough... Often I get no response. And every time I ask myself if they are not interested in selling their cars...
