Need help decoding date casting and numbers

Have a starter I cannot id. I think it was built in Jan 65? But no idea what the other number are. On the fat end of the starter, it's stamped Chrysler 2095150

I have parts books starting in 1962. It shows up there as the standard starter for automatic transmissions from at least 1962 MY. The PN indicates it possibly started in 1960. That PN shows up in all the parts books through about April of 1969 when it was phased out. The 70 MY shows a different PN.

If I remember my Date Coding 101 class....the four dots indicate the fourth week of January, 1965.

I believe January is the 1 oclock position making it June '65
