The wheels are American Racing Outlaw I, I was a little bummed about the wheels because i usually research everything I buy as I always try to buy Made In USA. With a name like American Racing Wheels I didn't think that I had to but guess what, MADE IN CHINA :soapbox:. I did not have a choice but to keep them because they were special order and I had already paid.

Looks terrific. . . . . . .

When dad was looking for his wheels he went with the Eagles because they are made in the USA. American racing wheels, go figure

Looks good. Sure did make a big difference in the attitude / overall look of the car.

They would have tricked me probably also with these. Just hope the Mickey Thompson's aren't made now in Disneyland. :)
Rims look nice even though I'd prefer something slotted personally.

U.S.A. flags are made in China and just recently a contract for U.S. military uniforms was awarded overseas. Great when you go to war and your guys are only in their skivies....

The car looks great but I've never cared for that style of rim. I will say that they look as good as I've seen them look on any car. I just like spokes when it comes to aftermarket rims.

First let me say the new rims look great on your car. It also looked great with the original wheel covers. Rims are a very personal and subjective addition to an old car so the success of this kind of change can only be measured against what you were trying to achieve. If you were trying to go from the "classic" look to the "muscle" look you hit a home run.

Everybody here know my opinions about rims, but these rims & tires are perfect. If I bought the car that way I'd leave it as-is. I want this car!!

I'd really be interested in seeing under the hood and the interior of your car.How about throwing us a bone eh?

20130628_161115.jpgthat is the engine bay, I have all the original stuff off of the Fury, Next up is Jegs Electronic Ignition and I really dont care if I sell it, I am the only one I know with a 426 wedge. The Interior has New Upolstry and new Carpet. Like I said this is a 7 on a 1-10, maybe an 8 but the radio doesnt work. After I do the Electronic Ing, I am gonna put in a Pistol Grip shifter, I have all the original part including tires wheels and hub caps

That's really nice, thanks for posting. Being an original 426/4 speed car you don't have to do anything at all to make it cool, it's there. Maybe spend some time cleaning and painting the engine, and maybe think about a petronix ignition, they fit under the cap, install no brain and work great. You have a cool original, no sense goobing it up with aftermarket stuff. The pistol grip would be a step down, and would probably need some re working to get all the bends right. Do you have a console? What a wicked cool ride ya got! Thanks again!

It has a console and the shifter is bolted on, no harm if you keep all the orional parts if someone want to put it to stock. Only thing that I would consider in trade is a Demon or maybe a Road Runner or Cuda. Why some one would want them tacky hub caps and red wheels is beyond me but some guys like that stuff. Oh and Hurst still makes the shifter, no worries there
