This is for metal shaping, right? I thought this and took it with me, along with a metal shaping hammer. And ideas how this thing is called?

I like this small cool old oil pumper

A Cobbler tool, ok, not what I thought... ;) But maybe good for metal shaping in some kind...

I'm sure it will work for small light items. Maybe if you put the cobblers tool in a vise to hold it it will help make it stable for heavier / larger pieces

As I recall, Max charge 5 lbs...there should be a tag on the RV2 compressor that says what the Max charge should be.

I will use it for that when I start with the bodywork!

Thanks! Good idea to read the tag on the compressor, it says 3lbs max! So I have enought R12 for 6 cars now :)

Or one car 6 times!!! ;)

Vodka, I think you should weigh the container first....

I did, total weight is 17kg - 7,5kg tara = 9,5kg R12 (I don't know the weight of R12, so maybe it's not 9 litres, but definitely 9,5kg)

Actually, it's kind of a moot point because you don't know the weight of the cylinder when empty.

He's subtracting the cylinder. 7.5 kg tara (tare) weight.
9.5 kg x 2.2 = 20.9 lb.
