I have a quantity of NEW OLD STOCK #4005 Sealed Beams for sale, Westinghouse or Tungsol (you pick), still in the box.

According to another thread, the 4005 is the same as the 4002 except that the 4005 has a heavy duty filament with a ceramic filament support.
