Hey there! Wanted to resurrect this thread to get some information on my 58 Plymouth.

The IBM punch card I got from Chrysler reads:
Region 21
Dealer Number 54883

Any ideas or does anyone have any new resources? I reached out to Danielle over at Chrysler Historical as well and am awaiting word back if she can track down the info for me.

Sorry, but that code is not in my file. Must have been a Dodge dealership, possibly in the state of New York.

Slam dunk sir, got word from Danielle that dealer 54883 was ‘John L. Kruse Motors of Clarence, NY’ in 1958 which later became ‘John K. Kruse Motors’ in 1962 when the dad died and the son took over. It then became ‘Smith Bros Dodge’ by 1973 and ‘Bob Gibson’ Dodge in 1979 until 1996 when it became ‘Clarence Dodge’ until 2009. After that it became the used car outlet for nearby ‘Transitowne’ Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Williamsville until somewhere around 2015/16. Today the building still stands as an antique store, somewhat fitting if you ask me. It’s located at 10885 Main Street, Clarence NY.
