Possible new homestead

As mentioned in other threads, we are looking for a new place this year. Think we may have found the one. Its a little sooner then we were looking to do, and also a bit more pricier.... but we are in love with it. Waiting to hear back from the bank. This place has a lot of interest in it, so who knows if we’ll get it. But I’m hoping everything works out.

Pole barn is a newer addition, and should fit 6 cars if needed lol. Needs some lighting ran in it, but I can handle that. Can just invision the fleet in there, with a decent work space. Inside the house is nice, and clean. Looks to be well taken care of. Bluesmobile looks right at home in the driveway!

Pics are a mix of the listing, and mine. We went and viewed it with the realtor last night, as well as discussed everything. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

We pulled up in the car, and the look on the realtors face was just priceless. She had that, oh you got to be kidding me look, but once she figured it all out, had a good chuckle.

I like the fact they kept most of the trees in the yard, unlike the other places in the neighborhood. Yea, the leaves will get old, but will help big time keeping the house cool in the FL summers.

Yea, a few more then was hoping. But the property is big enough to keep em away. It is nieghbors to a guy, I’m not big on, but theres a decent fence there lol.

Honestly IDK. We did a drive by last thursday, and it didn’t look that big from the road. Was a little disheartening. But once seeing it up close its pretty big. 30x40 seems right though.

Yea, the wife looks to have done the decorating. Far as I can tell, its a family with 2 kids currently, and another on the way. Believe the dad is a fireman. Not sure what the motive to move is.

Its in middleburg still, accross town about 15/20mins.

Does change my route to work luckily, which is what I was looking for. My current route is becoming a toll road very soon, and I don’t want to pay to go to work...

Real estate is hot around here right now.
Our friends are trying to by a house, and lost 3 houses they put full price offers on, People are actually paying more than asking price.

Sure hope it works out for you guys!!
