Shackles for 66 wagon?

Hi,
anyone have an idea where to get shackles for a 66 Chrysler T&C?
I only see listings for the sedans. Attached pic shows the wagon shackle. Shaped different with a wider upper stud.
I mainly need new studs and would like to avoid machining a bolt...

Yes, hard to find. These are what's on my 66 T&C wagon, while my 2 door hard tops have the straight sided shackle that's a lot easier to find.
