these are brown & are from a 71 Chrysler however I believe they will fit many years of C bodies. There are no tears or rips. The plastic bushing that hold them in place where they snap in at the rear view mirror is broken. I think I saw where someone makes those now. Some surface rust on the metal areas that should clean up. $20.00 plus shipping

The plastic tip is in fact rubber, it goes hard and falls apart after years of sun exposure, not hard to replace.
