With me gutting and re-metalling with the under body on the Polara, it is time for me to take a break and do something else for a change of pace.
I have pulled the diff apart to re-con it and have all parts in hand.
Thanks to another member here I received an order from Dr. Diff with new spring perches to weld into place.
I'm very impressed with the parts all FelPro brand and the HD perches at $15US dollars
Total order for all gaskets, seals and perches, $48.00
A real deal compared to the Cdn part suppliers even with the exchange at 45+%
I did have to get the rubber bumpers for the frame section which I went to National Moparts that I can't say right out of the box I am impressed with 50 year old parts and was charged a ton of money. Before I go bashing them, I'll see if I can find another set and return these even if I pay the restocking fee of 10%
