As @polara71 says, it's difficult to know for sure without the VIN, but this green car seems new to me and he does not remember seeing it previously either.

This past May, it sported historic plates from Ontario as it was photographed at the 2019 Lindsay Old Car Flea Market. It has an L2F4 bench interior and very few options (I see the holes of now-removed code-M81 bumperettes, but that's pretty much it). Attached is another picture that was apparently taken/posted a few days ago, without any obvious copyright.

Canadian friends, does the car ring a bell? Paging in particular @kmccabe56, @Fratzog, @My70monaco, @'69FuryIIIConvertible, @cbarge, @Beep Beep Dave, and anyone else who can shed light.

I don't recognize it, but that looks like a part of national moparts yard.

Thanks guys, so it's been seen before by at least one member, we have a general idea of where it might hang out, and we have a contact person. @Beep Beep Dave, do you remember where/when you saw this '70 Polara 'vert in the past?

PS: FWIW, and completely unrelated, there is a blue 1969 Dodge Monaco convertible being parted out at that yard (DH27F9R288071 was built at the Windsor, Ontario plant; from the picture, it had a black bench interior), and what must have been a very nice red 300 ragtop too (CM27K9XXXXXXX). Sic transit gloria.

The engine is gone so I guess it was a BB? Tell us more?

I could be wrong but it I think I may have seen it before. It's not really my taste so I doubt I would have taken a picture of it.

It was a 318 car, but the drivetrain was gone when I looked at it in 2013, it also was already in pieces

No. But it is reminiscent of another messed up car I've seen before.

18 going on 19. At that time I had already been out of school and fulltime in the trade for a year and a half.

OK, if that's the National Moparts yard, then it's less than 20 miles from @Furyman.

    Calling on other Ontarians for any sightings/info: @Ross Wooldridge, @mr. fix it, @Mike66Chryslers, @mopar E, @twostick, @Hemi pwr @goodneighbour, @Mopar monty, @monaco, @Kip Gardiner, @damnuglynewport, @Yatzee, @Murra, @Darren Lalonde, @300Classy, @NYbee, @James Richardson, @RealWing, @Honda S600, @JDoe (and all other sort-of-local Canadians I have missed) -- does any of you know more about this Polara ragtop?

The vin for the Dodge indicates it was built with a 318 as were most Windsor built convertibles. And that chrome trim on the front fender edges was part of a Spring Special Package. The brightwork also ran across the front of the hood. Most Windsor built convertibles were minimally equipped (PS, PB, AT) but some got a full load (PW, PDL Cruise and a "B" Engine) I'll have to look up numbers to see. Plus there were the Monaco 500 cars which got bucket seats.
