As @polara71 says, it's difficult to know for sure without the VIN, but this green car seems new to me and he does not remember seeing it previously either.
This past May, it sported historic plates from Ontario as it was photographed at the 2019 Lindsay Old Car Flea Market. It has an L2F4 bench interior and very few options (I see the holes of now-removed code-M81 bumperettes, but that's pretty much it). Attached is another picture that was apparently taken/posted a few days ago, without any obvious copyright.
