Hello from Minnesota, and a 66 Polara owner. I gotta see pics.

Welcome to the site from the Motor City!

Wow! I didnt expect this many responses. Heres a pic ill upload more once i get home. And as far as whats first that would be getting it down here, its currently still up at the old barn. Then i wanna clean it as much as possible and take inventory of all the parts i have so ill have an idea of what im lacking.

Hey guys i hate to revive this thread for such a silly question vut... how do i create a new post? Ive got the car down here and a car cover for it, i was gonna start a thread showing its progress and to get feedback on some of the stuff i plan on doing to it soon but i dont see anywhere where i can create a post. Do i have to be a gold member to do that?

You don't need a gold membership. It fooled me until I worked it out.

Click on the menu button on top left of the screen, click forums click restoration then click the gold create new thread button and go from there.

Good luck with your car, I hope it's in good condition as you clean it out.

Thanks! I think i was hitting the down arrow by 'forum' instead of hitting the forum button itself. Thanks a bunch and so do I!
