I love mine. Just because some idiot didn't have a lick of sense in his brain, doesn't mean they aren't safe or good looking. I just took my 73 on a 6 hour cruise this weekend and had NO ill effect! The car ran beautifully at 70 and no wheels "Popped" off.

I put wire wheels on my 66, I just wanted to know how it would look. That plus I found a set at the Big 3 Swap in San Diego for a give away price. They looked good to me, just weren't my style so I took them off. 14" true spoke with adaptors and knock offs. Looked ok in a sweet lowrider kind of way. But I really wanted to a bit more stock which I did not achieve with the 15's and 1950's script caps.
