WTB for 69 300

I'd like to locate an original battery tray and/or battery hold down....... electric door lock solenoid #2520 832....... One nice 15 X 6 road wheel with center and trim ring for my 69 300.

Will buy or I have some nice parts to trade.

Try Mars Auto Parts in NY for the solenoid, they may have an NOS one in stock. I just bought a switch for my Imperial from them. Pricy but it came in its original box so you know you're not getting crap!

I'll look into them. I have seen NOS solenoids on ebay, just a little pricy. A parts car I have has the entire door lock system and I'm concidering installing it on my 69 convertible, more as a curosity then anything. (just cause I can).

Did you make it to the Downriver cruise....? I heard it was pretty good.

Havent been to that one yet. I usually just hit Woodward often, it's always good and not so far away. I do plan on participating more in the other cruise inns though, once I work all the bugs out of my Imperial. I realized today that you can't buy a vacuum advance for ANY of our vehicles off the shelf anywhere in my area!
