Coming off the heels of Carlisle, looking ahead to Mopar Nats. It's a different show yes we know keep your poo-poo comments.
Maybe we can get a picture of Nats participants ( feeling a little left out missing Carlisle pic LOL). Since there is no herding of same cars let's say 10 am Saturday at Matt's silver Imp or Mike Z's Goldie provided either are coming. If they are not coming or not bringing cars pick somewhere else.
Only reason I pick these 2 is they are easy to spot, and most on here are familiar with pictures of them.

I haven't decided yet what I'm driving but the Imp needs a radiator before leaving my area. It runs pretty cool but I know at some point it's going to go from seeping to all out spraying. I was thinking about bringing parts but the van needs the rear rebuilt and new tires before leaving on any long trip but I'm too busy to take it out of service right now. The Challenger could be ready but the weather forecast would really need to be spotless. Looks like I better get the radiator re-cored.

2nd weekend in August.

I am pretty close to Nationals. Never been before but wouldn't mind coming out. This the kind of show to bring a driver? Or do I need to wait a few years to bring a finished car?

I'm planning on bringing my Charger and it is pretty rough. The 1/4 will be welded on but not "finished" and both front fenders are in primer. I would like to get it all one color primer/matte black but I'm just out of time for that.

Whichever car I decide to bring could use a paint job...

I'm pulling the plug, there's no way I can make it with the work deadlines I have in front of me.:BangHead:
I haven't had a day off in weeks and I better get back to it right now.

I've wanted to go to Woodward and then check out Ford Museum among other things.
Dave, You'd better figure at least 2 dayz just for the Ford Museum and you still won't see it all, Well worth it tho'. And plan Friday for WOODWARD just because Saturday iz ah zoo az already mentioned on another thread, Jer

Bummer you will be missed.
On a good note, Charger is up and running, fenders are going in primer but the 1/4 panel got a splash of rattle can.

Sorry missed your original post I was on vacation. I will be there on Saturday and hopefully we can meet around 10:00. Looking forward to seeing you Dave and anyone else that can make it. Look for us in the last row before the swap meet.

A Goldie reference from previous years.

@Zymurgy
Like anyone could forget what that car looks like.
We are going to try and set up along there look for golf cart if we are not there and just park across whole mess, good knows everyone else will if you don't first. I'm going to try to get there earlier.

WTF??
After all these years, I'm just learning you're building a Charger??
I bought it in 2003, it has been in pictures from out in the shop. You might recognize it if the fenders are off and the 1/4 panel missing. I put floors and frame connectors in years ago. The drivers floor would not meet up with trans tunnel, that sidetracked it for a while until I scored a pedal set and 4 speed. With the 4speed hump going in the floor pan and tunnel mismatch became moot. With some prodding from my son about getting it going he and I have been tinkering for a couple of years now.
It is the car of mine that he has had his eye on since he was crawling around on the floor of the shop.
