I have been buffing out the stainless trim pieces on my 300 and came across a piece of pot metal trunk trim that got mixed up with the stainless. I can’t believe I forgot about this piece. My chrome trim has been at the polish shop I think going on 3 months. I guess it will get done next year. It cleaned up ok but everything else next to it will be re-chromed.

I enclosed some pictures of some various pieces I have cleaned up and buffed out. I’m very happy with my new turn lens mounted in the housing.

Feelings of inadequacy are setting in. Too much good work going on by others....

That does look great. Did you try contacting your chromed to see if he could squeeze that piece in for you?

I have thought about it. I have several pieces I want to do next winter, so I was thinking of waiting until then. I don't want to give them an excuse at this point to hold up the rest of my job any longer. A pair of these is what has been holding up my whole job. I guess I can't really complain because he said he would deliver them to me until he is 100% satisfied and would put them on his own car.Rear tail light trim.jpg

Someone really needs to re-pop the 66 300 taillight lens and bezel. A common compaint. Then again that applies to so many C body parts.

That would be nice. I have a repair I'm going to perform on my right lens. My left is perfect.

The light in the last Picture, is it possibel to buy only the White plastic lens ? Its common i seen them in many Mopars, same type, mine is broken.

Try Year One, if anyone will have them new it would likely be them.

I think I have my piece I overlooked in the mix with the others. I dropped it off today. He said my other stuff will be done in 2 weeks and he will try and have the extra done too.

where did you find the new park lense ? i need 2
Are you referring to the front turn lens? Let me know, I know where to get everything but the rear tail lights if you can find them you will pay a fortune.
