i may have a chance to buy a 67 fury 383 4 barrel 4spd convertible car.
67 convertible fury lll, looks like 4523 were made.
I’m trying to find out how many were 383 4 barrel 4 spd cars.
The car is in horrible condition but would try and save it if it’s real rare.

You would expect this combo in a sport-fury………….?!

That would be a pretty car and a sure grip car to boot!

I agree, I posted a picture of the fender tag. I haven’t got it fully decoded.
Looking over my notes now, yes
PH27, H means sport Fury. I’m still trying to find out just how rare this car is. I hate seeing any old iron go to the crusher.

Hey detmatt!
Yes, it has a 3:23 sure grip.
It’s been out in the weather, the top is gone.
Option tag shows center console 4 on the floor.
Dark green metallic and a white stripe.
The stripe is gone.

a6: Console
b4: Bucket Seats
h7: Fender or Hood Mounted Turn Signal Indicators
j4: Molding - Body Sill Narrow
p6: Mirror-outside LH remote
u1: Sold Car

Y-1 is black top.
You should save it please.
Is it complete?

I haven’t looked under the rear, I’m assuming 8.75.
The car is all there, I think the console is missing.
It’s been sitting out in the weather for years, in Colorado. I’m guessing the floors are rusted.
The wrecking yard owner died, I’m in contact with the son. I been trading labor for various things.
We have been discussing the fury.

So it looks like there were 3,133 convertible sport fury’s built in 67.
Makes me wonder how many were 383 4 barrel 4 speed cars.

Same for me , would like to know how many 67 polara 500 2dr hrdtp 4-spd cars are made.

T=trim grade and the H=High.

Does it have a 8.75?
I’m not sure that any other axles were available in the 67 fury and being that this is a 383 four-speed I’m positive it would’ve been none other.

Thanks for all your input!!
8.3/4 would be 99.9% for sure,
Dana 60s were only in Hemi and 440 6pack 4spd cars.
I just spoke to my friend about the fury, I may be rebuilding a steering system on a later dodge Cummins 4wd for that fury!! Wish me luck!!
And my new fuel tank for my 65 fury got checked in at the UPS terminal at 2:54am. I hope they don’t make me wait till Monday to get it!!!! Arg!!! Lol
