Shooter65, that is some solid explanation and I really do appreciate the thought and time you put in to your response. You're spot on for the un-original parts and stuff detracting from the current market value.

Looks bad, but its all surface rust in the trunk. Only small holes are over on the passenger side.

    SOLD 1970 300 2 door

This is my car, I bought it almost a year ago and have enjoyed making repairs and getting this 45 year old beauty reliable and driveable. It's not perfect, but most of the hard work has been done, and before I spend any more money on some aesthetic choices I have decided I'd rather try to sell...

    What 300 do you prefer...1969, 1970 or 1971?

I think they all look great, but I'm partial to my 1970.

    What the heck is that?!

Luigi, I found and purchased this model Everco H1949. From the Hilltop Autoparts website. After several months It has performed flawlessly. It appears he has another one in stock currently. http://www.hiltopautoparts.com/product/nors-mopar-heater-control-valve-1969-71-b-c-body-w-ac/

For Sale 1969 Chrysler Newport 2 dr. hardtop - $4800

Not only does it look like mine if only a year younger and with the same worn interior and the torn quarter window seal. Question to you 330dTA, do you have a source for replacement quarter window seals on the 69-71 2 door hardtops??

    It took me all weekend...

Well I bit the bullet and bolted the reman booster in, only took about an hour and a half, way better time now that I have all the tools at the start! Had to get a different check valve as both the old one and the one that came with this booster had a stem going straight into the master...

    It took me all weekend...

Alan, Did you try to use the Cardone one at all? To me right now if it works, it works. Which I'll know for sure come this weekend when I plan to try installing it. I'm curious if anyone else has put one in for the '69-'71 C-bodies, and if they had any issues after that.
