For Detmatt and you other power vent lovers out there. This one has a lot of potential if the listing is accurate on the TNT, he's got a bogus VIN in there and the air cleaner is wrong, but it does have HP manifolds. Buckets, console, vac gauge, tilt/tele, PW and PVent. Oh, and it's posi. :) Good options.

Tilt/tele as well and great color combo!

Power Options: Air Conditioning

Compressor missing! Dang!!!

I missed that it had AC, but the underhood clearly shows the firewall for it.

Wonder if the FT shows anything else of interest - was it special ordered, showroom ordered, or ???

His $6995 is pretty reasonable IMHO for a TNT car with this many options, that's a good perk-it-up car - some folks would be asking more a base Newport convertible in similar condition.

I wonder why he has more detailed info in his CL ad, and his ebay listing is so bad? Good pics would sell that car.

I believe you would be getting an orange dual snorkel of unknown origins and an set of exhaust manifolds for your money... blue VC and orange air cleaner... is that intake silver or aluminum?
Better be ready to check numbers on inspection...

Cruise, A/C, Tilt/Tele, PDL, PW, PV, Floor shift, Power Buckets great color and MAY have been a 375 HP w/ sure grip and great color CONVERTIBLE wow !

Agreed Cantflip, that car needs a visual insp prior to forking, esp as seller says nothing of body condition or rust, patchwork, etc.

I wondered the same thing on the intake.

I'm glad I'm full and it's so far away.

Underhood ac missing is the 1st clue of a motor swap to me. Might really be a TNT but not original to car. The orange aircleaner is from what, a 71 car? There are those out there that call any 440 a TNT.
Power vents were an interesting option. Dad had a number C-Bodies with that option. I think those were the only time we used the vent windows. Us kids playing with all the buttons.

72 and later for that air cleaner I think.

Intake looks like a Weiand...

For posterity this car is far from everyone ... Maine
Originally from Illinois !! I talked to the owner last year, he purchased the car a few years ago, added to his "collection" and has not done anything to it but store it away in a barn....literally. I have a little bit of info on the car, and I stopped by to take a few detailed pics last week - after it hit Craigslist.
The owner was trying to get 10,999 last fall when he had it with a local consignment dealer. I was told that the A/C components are in the trunk. I live 15 mins from the car - so if I can be of service with more pics = just give me a holla.
It is truly loaded...but EVERYTHING needs refurbishment = The body has had quite a bit of work on the passenger 1/4 at some point in the past - interior is quite rough = even the plastic on the gauge cluster is cracked !! However a real L code car , and according to the owner it is the original block - but I have not confirmed that info....
