There's a '65 Imperial coupe on ebay at the moment which was destined to be butchered into yet another Black Beauty, fortunately, the owner can no longer afford to go ahead with his intended project.

Funny as I spent some years in the 1960's living in Japan I have never heard of this car. I was a Speed Racer fan with this car. Of course it was in Japanese when I saw it before it was bought to the states. THE MACH 5!!!!!

I'don know, I think Batman and Lost in Space were just coming on the TV around then, that was more professional hokey than that lol I did fast forward through that episode and it does have a catchy jingle at the end and I checked the credits to see if someone famous was in it. Nothing, butkiss...
