WANTED Voltage Regulator Cover

Looking for a voltage regulator cover with the mounting flanges that have the bolt holes.
Not looking for the one that snaps on.
It doesn't need to be perfect as I will be restoring it.
Having the ground clip would be nice.

So did you make a stamp for the red ink? I reused my original cover on a new solid state VR because I couldn’t find one with red ink.
And what does the number mean at the bottom? I see you have two different numbers and again mine is different as well.
Date code? The 297 could be week 29 (July 17-23) 7 (67)? My car was scheduled for Aug 15, 1967 build.

I used try transfer type, and cleared over it (after that picture)

Yes the 297 is the 29th week of 1967

I plan of putting this cover over an electronic on as I did in my Barracuda.


Other have asked me about this, I might need to think about having a proper scaled one made for the full thing as opposed to individual letters in the sizes available.

Looks great, you should be able to find a cover.
You have shared a few extra parts to members, so hopefully Karma kicks in. If I had one it would be yours, but my one and only is in use. Thanks for the info.

I’ve got this one in a box that says it works but I also have an NOS one for backup in case I need one but I’m switching over to solid state
