Anybody know of a quality repro ‘67 Monaco hood insulation pad that fits?

Does somebody know precisely where the limited slip jacking warning sticker goes on a ‘67 Monaco? I know that it obviously goes on the inside of the trunk lid, near the jacking instructions but I’d like to get it right.

i need a less-yellowed set of buttons for the hvac control. I guess any ‘67 or ‘68 Polara or Monaco with air conditioning would be the same. Please pm me if you have a nice set or full control assembly that you’d like to sell.
