I removed the tail lights and was able to take the two upper bumper bolts out. There are four lower bolts on the underside of the bumper and it looks like the bottom valance needs to come off in order for my hand to reach up there and unbolt. Am I right or is there another way that I am not seeing.

I removed the two upper bolts by taking out the tail lights. No problem . I see four lower bolts under the bottom of bumper that looks like the only way to them is to remove lower balance. Is that correct or does anyone have other suggestions?

I have a 73 Newport and was thinking about cleaning the off white woven fabric headliner . It is original to the car and in excellent condition. What would you use that would be safe and not pose any problems to the material? I would hate to screw it up.
