Yes thats what I have on my car.
They do work. No cooking of the valve covers and gaskets.

So, I was able to pry the the wire loom bracket off the non-HP valve cover (wasn't too hard) and then fill the 2 spot weld holes with my crappy Harbor Freight welder. Then I cut that bracket into 2 pieces and made a 90* bend and welded those pieces in the approximate spot that the HP covers had them. Not concours by any stretch, but Ok for my standards. I did find the HP valve covers on line, so this works better for me, rather than the $200 for new ones. Thanks all for the help.

Those were on my car when I bought it. Blew out in a couple summer's worth of driving. A friend put them on his car, blew out in a summer.
The real answer is to do it like the factory did... No gaskets.

A bit late in the game but I stumbled across some old pics of the valve covers when i scored them and compared them to the non-HP covers..
Just wanted to share for posterity and reference for anybody else here.
