1968 Town and Country Tailgate Window Rollers

I’m looking to find a suitable replacement rollers for my 68 T/C rear window. They are about 1” diameter with about a 3/8” diameter hole. Also will need the “keepers”. All I see online is rollers for coupe rear windows. Any help is appreciated.!
