Is the front section suppose to look like this without the bumper guards?
Or would the bottom section touch each other when the car originally come without the bumper guard?

If I would like to buy a bumper guard would it fit on or need holes to be drilled?
is this the whole part i need?

Or would somebody have the bumper guard incl. chrome?

I can provide UPS shipping label, shipping to Texas.

Thanks for your input, Pieter

I'm thinking '69 is the same as '70, since the bumpers interchange. Without the bumper guard there is a filler piece (but there might not be for '69), then the bumper guard goes in front of the filler. The pic you show will need the additional holes drilled for the guard. Hope that helps.

Here is mine:

The trim pieces do not meet without the bumper guard on 69s. My 300 convertible is exactly as in the photo.
