You are suppose to have your tire guy put the tire manufacturer 180 from the valve stem.

I believe there are dot's on the tires now for alignment so that the tire ends up in a more "natural" balance before throwing it on the machine for dynamic/road balancing. But if you're in it for looks, sure.

Lighten up on Stan, he got a ration of crap about the tires at Garlits place.
Now we know he went with them because they are 70K mile tires. Even though they will likely turn to dust before he drives that far

I'd be surprised if they aren't screaming at their "real" not stated weight limit at the moment.

Cold climez they were used for seeing someone creeping up on an intersection above the moundz of plowed SNA SNA SNA AW THE WHITE CRAP, And in the southern climez I've heard they were good for spottin' your ride in the walmart parkin' lot fer the first month they waz out. After that it waz ah sea of orange ballz from the street to the front door of every wally world on the planet
