You are suppose to have your tire guy put the tire manufacturer 180 from the valve stem.

I believe there are dot's on the tires now for alignment so that the tire ends up in a more "natural" balance before throwing it on the machine for dynamic/road balancing. But if you're in it for looks, sure.

Lighten up on Stan, he got a ration of crap about the tires at Garlits place.
Now we know he went with them because they are 70K mile tires. Even though they will likely turn to dust before he drives that far.
