How about on the way to a show?
I came out of the can in a rest stop to see a pretty girl posing next to my 300 while her boyfriend took a couple pics. I stopped so I wasn't in the picture. All was good until she lifted a check to sit on the fender.
I yelled and scared the crap out of her.
She got right away from the car, I told her as she left, it was OK, just stay off the car. She didn't say a word... and ran over to her boyfriend who was with a bunch of guys. I fully expected to hear some crap from these guys for yelling at the girl, but men aren't what they used to be and nothing was said.
You know, there are times i have been yelled a by someone and your instinct is to get angry or to yell back, not to take **** from anyone but i think you gotta be level headed and honest enough to admit whether you were in the wrong or not. If i was the boyfriend of the girl and she did that, i know the right thing would be to stick up for her but at the same time, i cant justify her sitting on someones car like that. Just a lack of respect. So i couldn't get upset by it. Now if she was no where near the car and someone was rude to her, that is a different story. This year at carlisle, i was touching a guys car, i usually know better but it was in primer and i was just feeling behind the fender to see the side marker light cause i just bought one and wanted to make sure it was the side i needed, it is Still no excuse but the guy yelled at me. But i couldn't get mad, i was completely in the wrong. Im just a obsessed idiot lol.
