One of the reasons we always travel the secondary roads and US hwys. You just don't see this stuff on the Interstate.
I put a lot of miles on an old International straight truck like those. Delivering custom window units out of Denver throughout Colorado and Wyoming back in the early 70's.

It's route 2, The Mohawk Trail. I was hoping to get a photo of the hairpin curve in North Adams but the battery in my camera was out of service.

That effing hairpin turn Damn near killed me while in my rig during a snowstorm. #@%& !!!
 
I'm told that if it's quiet and you listen real carefully you can still hear Stan's cursing echoing through the hills of North Adams. I'll be heading back there with a fresh battery in my camera so get ready for some road trip photo's.
