Hi, I'm a new member to this site.
But I'm an old guy (68) with an old Plymouth (67 years old).
In 1987, I bought a then 30 year old 1957 Plymouth Savoy.
Over the years, I've done a few minor upgrades - disc brakes, alternator, seat belts, replace seat foam cushions.
I've always 'meant' to get new paint. The car was repainted at some point in the distant past before I bought it.
The original Meadow Green color shows through a few chipped spots of the current light blue paint. Now one of those looks good at 20 foot paint jobs.
As far as getting it repainted , I'm afraid I've waited too long. A couple paint quotes last year came in excess of 30-40 thouusand :-(
That convinced me to leave the paint as is.
