I can say with confidence John’s 70 GT Brougham is worth the asking price.

A very honest car.

You’re a good man John, my father retired 10 yrs early to the same as you.. very admirable sir.. beautiful collection I might add.. hope they find good homes.. God Bless.

Wow, some wonderful looking rides there. Good luck with the sale and best of all with the care taking.

Full time caregiver is the toughest job in the world.
I understand your putting the collection in the hands of others.
Best of luck!!!

John, first of all your mailbox is full so I will say this publicly. This last March 8, 2018 I lost my mother at 92 years old. My Father died 11 years ago at 92. For the last 30 plus years I have been part of my parents care being the closest of three sons. My middle brother died unexpectedly eight years ago from Sepsis. As time went by they became the children I never had. After Dad died Mom lived at home awhile until she fell and was in a wheelchair. At first she was at a nursing home for a year then assisted living for almost six years. I was her POA for health and finances and eventually estate. There was so many doctor visits, health care decisions and weekly mundane runs for everyday needs. Try to remember the efforts done today by you will be remembered by God when your time comes. Don't be afraid to ask relatives for help and investigate all avenues of help for you and your Mom.

very well put....thanks.

John, as someone who has been there (I took care of my dad for 10 years until his passing 2 years ago at 98 years old) it is truly a unselfish labor of love and dedication. Please make sure when you can to also take care of yourself as well because as I very well know now myself many of times I let my health get away from me and if it was not for my wife's help over the past five years I would not be here to tell you what I am saying to you now. I had zero help from my siblings even right up to the end and unfortunately some health issues that have now been thrust-ed upon me currently are a direct result of me not taking care of me as well as I should have prior to meeting my wife six years ago. Best of luck with the sale of your cars & make sure you take some time for your self. Feel free to give me shout any time you feel the need to reach out,

@JPMODL

saw the craigslist add for that SFGT. It seems that you accidently uploaded 2 pics with it that don´t belong there ..

John, I am so sorry to hear about your situation and am glad that you are able to keep some of your collector cars. I so wish that I had some $'s to purchase some of your gorgeous cars. I recently lost my dad and am very glad that my mom was able to take care of him before he went into the hospital and am also very grateful that my mom is in good health. My thoughts are with you and I hope that God provides you the strength to take care of your mom and yourself through the difficult times ahead.

I am personally familiar with the red 70 Polara ragtop as is Dave and I am good friends with the man who restored that car.

John, I think the GT and the 2 convertibles are great candidates for a Mecum type auction or at least an eBay auction. Just my 2 cents.
